Returns and exchange policy
When you purchase products from our website, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 7 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the cost of the product.
Within 7 days of the day the package is received, returns must be shipped using the given label(s) and delivered to our office. Please be aware that orders will only be canceled up to 24 hours after placing them, assuming that the item(s) haven’t yet shipped. If you want to return the product, then you will have to bear the shipping fee at the time of return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Unused and Undamaged Products: We accept returns only for products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The product should be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Original Packaging: To initiate a return, the product must be returned with all original tags and labels attached, and it should include all packing materials, courier receipts, invoices, and any other papers that were included in the shipment.
- Exclusions: Please note that we do not accept returns for damaged or soiled products. Additionally, customized products, including those with embroidery, monograms, or specific color schemes chosen by you, are not eligible for returns. These items are considered final sales.
- Responsibility for Return Transit: Giwwra will not be held responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return transit of the product. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is adequately packaged and insured for its return journey.

Return Instructions
If you need to return or exchange an item, please submit a return/exchange request by logging in to your account. Click on the “Completed Orders” link in My Account to find the order you wish to return. Click on the “Return Item(s)” button next to the order.
Select the item you wish to return and the reason for return. You can also add a comment if you’d like. Then click “Submit Return Request”.
A customer service representative will get back to you within 1-2 business days with further instructions on how to proceed with your return. Please note that all returns must be authorized before they are sent back to us.
