If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 10 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the cost of the product. Within 10 days of the day the package is received, returns must be shipped using the given label(s) and delivered to our office. Please be aware that orders will only be canceled up to 24 hours after placing them, assuming that the item(s) haven’t yet shipped. If you want to return the product, then you will have to bear the shipping fee at the time of return.
